Senior Town Planner
Jack is a senior town planner with extensive experience and a great passion for advocacy. He regularly appears at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal in all manner of proceedings. He is service-orientated with a competitive, committed and enthusiastic attitude, and thrives on finding solutions to the complex problems that arise in the planning process.
Working as a town planner for the last decade, Jack delivers excellent outcomes in advocacy and VCAT proceedings. He has an intimate knowledge of the planning application and appeals processes having managed the statutory planning appeals in local government for a number of years prior to joining Jackson Lane Legal.
Section 173 Manager
Lucinda brings more than 20 years’ experience in Section 173 Agreements. Her deep knowledge in this area combined with an understanding of planning and property law, enables Lucinda to work effectively with clients from application through to enforcement orders.
